SALES AND LEASING INFORMATION

An application is required for Sales and Leasing. Anyone 18+ must be approved by the Association prior to moving into a unit (Credit Score: 650+)

Pets: Only one (1) pet permitted (15 lbs max or less) - Permitted Pet: Dog, Cat, Bird, or Fish

Rentals permitted after purchase - Lease must be at least three (3) months in length. No individual rooms may be rented.

A $500.00 security deposit is required from the owner to lease.

An in person interview is required for all applicants

IMPORTANT: Approved resident must register their vehicle and obtain a parking decal or the vehicle(s) are subject to being booted.
